Everything you need to know about ordering kitchen knives, OEM programs, shipping and working with us.

Shipping & Logistics

Which shipping methods do you offer?
We offer FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Shipping is available by sea (FCL/LCL), air freight, rail to Europe, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small runs.
What are typical lead times?
  • Samples: 7–10 days for existing designs, 12–20 days for custom designs
  • Production: 30–45 days after sample and packaging approval
  • Sea freight: 15–35 days depending on destination
  • Air / express: 3–7 days
Which ports do you ship from?
Our factory is in Yangjiang, Guangdong. We normally ship from Guangzhou (Nansha) or Shenzhen (Yantian / Shekou), both within a few hours of the factory.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We export to 40+ countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Africa, and handle all export documentation.

Orders & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For existing designs with your logo, MOQ starts from 300–500 pieces per model. Custom handle tooling or exclusive blade profiles typically start from 1,000–2,000 pieces. Knife sets can mix models to reach quantity.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples of existing designs are charged at sample cost plus shipping and credited against your first order. Custom samples carry a development fee that is also credited on bulk order.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, balance before shipment), L/C at sight for larger orders, and PayPal or credit card for sample payments. Trade assurance terms are available for established customers.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes. Full OEM and ODM service: your logo laser-etched on the blade, custom handle colours and materials, exclusive blade profiles, and retail packaging with your artwork and barcodes.

Products & Quality

What steels do you work with?
3Cr13 / 420J2 for entry-level lines, 5Cr15MoV and German 1.4116 for mainstream chef knives and sets, 7Cr17MoV and 9Cr18MoV for premium western knives, and VG10 / 10Cr15CoMoV with 67-layer Damascus cladding for flagship ranges.
What hardness (HRC) do your knives reach?
Typically HRC 52–54 for 3Cr13, 55–57 for 5Cr15MoV, 56–58 for 1.4116 / 7Cr17MoV and 58–61 for VG10. Every heat-treatment batch is Rockwell tested and reports are available on request.
What certifications and test reports do you have?
amfori BSCI social audit (valid to May 2026), GB 4806.9 food-contact test report and FCC Part 15B for electric kitchen tools. LFGB / FDA food contact, hardness, sharpness and salt-spray tests are arranged per order. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged before shipment.
Are your knives dishwasher safe?
Knives with POM, ABS or hollow stainless handles are dishwasher safe. Wood, Pakkawood and Damascus knives are recommended for hand washing, and we print care instructions on packaging accordingly.
How do I handle a quality issue?
Contact us with photos, quantities and order details. We investigate against the retained production samples and offer replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.
