Forging, stamping, vacuum heat treatment, grinding, polishing and handle assembly under one roof — built for consistent OEM and private label knife programs.
Certified stainless steel is laser-cut or stamped into blanks, or drop-forged for full-tang lines.
Vacuum hardening and cryogenic tempering set the target HRC; every batch is Rockwell tested.
Taper grinding, satin or mirror polishing, Damascus etching and hammered finishes.
Handles molded or riveted, bolsters fitted, blades sharpened to 15–18° per side and inspected.
Our factory in Yangjiang brings the complete kitchen knife process under one roof: steel blanking and forging, vacuum heat treatment, precision grinding, polishing, handle assembly, sharpening, inspection and packing. Controlling every step is what allows us to keep sharpness, hardness and finish consistent from the first sample to repeat container orders.
We source stainless steel coil and bar directly from certified mills — 3Cr13, 5Cr15MoV, German 1.4116, 7Cr17MoV, 9Cr18MoV and VG10 Damascus — and verify composition with spectrometer testing before it enters production.

Every knife passes through defined inspection checkpoints before it leaves our warehouse.
Mill certificates checked and composition verified so the steel grade you pay for is the steel in the blade.
Hardness sampling after heat treatment, blade geometry and edge alignment checks on every production lot.
AQL 2.5 sampling for sharpness, handle fit, surface finish, packaging and labeling. Third-party SGS / BV inspection welcome.
